Connect YouTube, TikTok & Instagram for scheduled publishing
Direct publishing is coming soon. The platform integrations are still in review, so PlotClip is export-first for now: you download the finished MP4 and post it yourself. This page describes how connecting will work once it is available.
Connections are per-account, on purpose
You connect each social account separately in Settings → Accounts, and each project binds to one connected account per platform. One project, one channel — that structure is deliberate: it makes it impossible to blast the same video across a fleet of accounts, and it keeps every post attributable to a channel you own.
What each connection grants
- YouTube: you sign in with Google and grant upload access to your channel. PlotClip uploads the videos you approve, and reads your channel's videos and their stats to find the ones PlotClip made for you — including any you downloaded and uploaded yourself. We only store data for those.
- Instagram: requires an Instagram Business or Creator account (a platform requirement). Each post is made only on your approval.
- TikTok: you choose the visibility (public, followers, friends or only me) and interaction settings for every post — PlotClip never pre-selects them.
You approve before anything goes out
Series are review-before-publish: each video is made ahead of time and waits in your queue until you approve it. Approving schedules it to its slot — and every scheduled post stays visible in your calendar, where it can be edited or cancelled up to the moment it goes out.
Revoking access
Three ways, and you never have to ask us: disconnect the account in Settings → Accounts; revoke PlotClip from the platform's own security settings (works even if you never open PlotClip again); or delete your PlotClip account, which removes all connections and tokens.
